i don't now if i doing something i can injury myself, there is the risk to lose my progress if i stop the training for a a week?? in pommel's and rings's skills??

i am awfully nervous thinking that i can't training because i'm to much tired!!!!!

I wouldn't freak out, just wake up early to eat and work out before you start at work. If you're a bit drained, scale things back a little. As long as this is just a temporary situation you'll be back into your routine before you know it, and maybe a week off will actually help you. If this is going to be how it is for a few weeks then you'll just have to get up early and work out while you're still fresh like I said!

Just don't work out so hard in the morninig that you fall asleep at work. This is why I personally never do early morning workouts, I just pass out instantly right after :P But I doubt you'll injure yourself if you work out after work, just make sure you do a good warmup and have gotten good food during the day.

the only problem is that the training take me to much time...warm up, wod and after rings and pommel...so i can training only 4 days a week...and the only solution is separate the rings and pommel specific workout...but in this way i train with these apparatus only two times a week...is it a good compromise if i am to much tired? or 2 times is to little?

I concur with Slizzardman that sometimes, because of work or other life stress, it is a good idea to cut back a bit for a little while. Don't become a cortisol bomb. Do light workouts, on the long days, or just go for a walk, and save intense or long workouts for your days off.

I couldn't tell whether or not you were doing physical labor or not. If you are working at a desk job with a lot of mental stress, it can make you feel very physically tired. However, I find a workout is just the thing to put that kind of day behind me.

Alex don't worry if it's too little or not enough. Do what you can do and that's it, even if it's too little there's nothing more you can do so no need to stress about it.
