Collection of Coach Sommer Essays

Postby chauinc on Wed Aug 13, 2008 4:35 am

There seems to be a little burst of people joining the forum and I'm guessing it will burst again when Coach Sommer's book arrives. I thought it would save the new people some effort if i compiled the essays into one thread for easy access. Also it includes some posts made by Ido Portal. I will update new articles as soon as I can. In the Replies by Coach Sommer section I will not be posting the replies made in any of the threads already listed below.

UPDATE: sorry for the lack of additions lately really busy at school, projects suck -_-

Hey thanks alot for doing this!

Here's another one I didn't see on your list.

http://gymnasticbodies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=61

It is about wrist strengthening, and Coach was answering a question, which was why you may have missed it. I still think it would be a good addition to the list.

If I see any other of his little tidbits in other threads I'll post them too.

Yeah i didn't get the little things in replies yet, i plan on compiling that part of it later because that is going to take a lot more work. But I'll get it done eventually and it will be super awesome.
