two question...flare and muscleup

i have to question for you that know more than me...

the first is concerned with flare, i have some problem on the back, i'm not so high,can be a right thing perform a round of flare and stop in a planche postion?

the second is concerned on the muscleup, now i can perform about7-8 muscleups in a row, a 3-4 muscleups in a row with 8,5kg plus, and i'm approximately 66 kg with very low body fat...my question is....is a reasonable thing add some weight everyweek as i'm doing!!! my increment is about 0.5 kg every 2 week, or 0.25 kg everyweek....what do you think about it?

A correct flare will pass through straddle planche position, is that what you are asking?

Muscle up sounds like low increment to me honestly, but of course you will be safe like that. Why not try more advanced stuff than muscle ups or start doing FL->muscleup->planche pushup?

yes,,,the transition to planche i needed?

and at your second question i answer that i can do for example multiple and slow foward roll to muscle up, front lever to muscle up, invertend hang to muscle up.....what i want to know is...is necessary continue to increase the weigth in muscleups? or now is better focuse my self on more difficult skillz?

I personally would focus on more advanced skills instead of keeping on adding weight. Work on iron cross or iron cross pullouts if you already have a cross.

how i can perform muscle up to BL?...i have toslow down in BL forward or backward?

If my neck heals I'll film one and show it. But you do muscle up to bottom dip position and then lean forward and slowly straigten your arms while you push down on the rings to bring your feet up to back lever position.

but during the entire movement you have to maintain the flase grip? also in back lever?

i've tried it yesterday evening...and if i use the false grip i can go down more slowly than without the false grip...i think this is because i can push down plus...maybe the problem can be that you can't do the back lever with the false grip...i can do it...with the arms a little bit bent...but is only a question of shoulder flexibility and forearms (false grip) strength...I THINK :):):):):):):):)

Yeah they need to keep false grip for those moves because they need it for the maltese after the back lever. For muscle up to back lever there is no need to keep the false grip unless you want to press to cross or something I can imagine..

Not realy, you must not get to support! If you do this is not the correct B value element (C is with straight arm :wink: ).

I can just guess without video, but it can be problem with your lower leg :arrow: lower leg must be leading leg.

Hmm maybe I explained it wrong but I'm not trying to go to support, just chest around ring height (just about bottom dip position) and then lean forward. Should I not get over the rings at all??

Preferebly not over the rings. You can't have any support at all (you must not get to deep position of a dip). It's not that easy B as it looks like :mrgreen: C is with straight arms :lol:

You must direct fall to BL, so it's more like balandin 1 or butterfly cross. If you just inlocat your legs wont be in BL position. You must rise first and when you are almost in the crss you decline to BL.

do you think for the circles extension...is better the bucket circles on the hands or on the elbows?
