jamesters
Practicing both traditional bhs working on getting narrower arms, as well as bhs in place. I want ultimate control with back hand springs! Any advice is appreciated. Should the form for bhs in place be relatively the same? It seems so much harder to keep arms narrow and legs together when trying to go in place!VX_DuyJJca4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX_DuyJJca4
yuri marmerstein
your knees are a bit bent in your snapdown, and your shoulder angle could be opened up more. your multiple handsprings should also be getting more distanceas for in place, you have to think about throwing each handspring forward. you want to aim them way out in front of you. if you don't, you will go backwardsso imagine you are doing a standing long jump, you want to think of the handspring in place the same way
