Cole Dano
Not bad!Nothing wrong IMHO with working on the deeper bends, but also put time in on the fundamentals. Here meaning to control the legs so the knees don't splay out, this will help the deeper backbend by putting the femur in socket so the hip can counter-rotate.This is will open the groin and active the lateral fibers of the glute medius.Same with the elbows, do work on spreading the shoulder blades around the sides as you are lifting the head from the floor. For the one foot grab, work getting the heel to ground first. An alternate way to come in which will hep with the necessary groin opening is to com in from a legs straight and perfectly together position, then stepping the one foot in, work the heel, work the grab etc...
