My questions:

1) I think I got the movement down. If anything to correct let me know. Should it be better on floor or on the GHD machine though?

2) Should I slow down more or increase weight for intensity?

Thanks guys much appreciate my posterior chain is destroyed today thanks to these!

I think you should find a way to get rid of the support provided to your upper legs - it looks like your legs start to rest on the padding of the machine even before you reach the hard part of the NLC portion of the GHR (does that make sense?). Ideally you want to eliminate all support 'in front' of your knees (i.e., your thighs and hips) because this significantly changes the leverage. The difference between your setup and the one in Coach's clip is that the support padding in front of your knees is higher than the platform where you place your knees and I think that makes a huge difference!

Just for fun, you should try to do a NLC on the floor with your feet suspended under a couch or something. I think you will be surprised at how hard they are. Personally I can't go beyond a 45 degree angle (perhaps even less) before I need to either pike at the hips or use my hands for support.

I'll give that a shot next time; and I'll take a video again. Thanks biomieg I appreciate it!
