Razz
Looks really fun, but I couldn't help notice how they, even in dips, have to pump their legs up and down.
Rower
True. Looks even weirder with ring dips.
Coach Sommer
Hardly a man test; but a nice variation for those with beginning to low intermediate levels of support strength. A more reasonable challenge of advanced support strength would be to do the same thing inverted with HS walks and HSPU on the PBs.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer

However, hs walks would be MUCH more challenging!
Blairbob
Khalipa is a pretty amazing athlete but quite honestly this is what happens when you only learn how to dips shitty. I know Carl Paoli works with him a bit and would probably be in shock from these. We used to do these as a sort of PB conditioning except you start with 1 dip on each end and work up. Or for those stronger you can try to doing shrug hops or dip hops. Gabe used to get across in 2 or 3, I think. Perhaps next time I go out to CrossfitMarin I will ask Rog or Russ if they can do it with HS walks and pushups.
