What is your age? Our programs can be started at any age. In fact, we’ve seen students develop advanced skills who began over 50.
Strength 1 of 2
Estimate how many pushups you can do in a single set. Reps only count where you touch the chest to floor. Do not worry if you are not strong yet, we have programs to get you there.
Strength 2 of 2
Estimate how many pull ups you can do in a single set. Reps only count where your chin clears the bar completely. Do not worry if you are not strong yet, we have programs to get you there.
Mobility 1 of 2
Back Line mobility means that your calfs, hamstrings and lower back are all flexible enough.
Mobility 2 of 2
Front Line mobility means that your quads, abs, shoulders and upper back are all flexible enough. Bridges should never use lower back.
