- Kick up into a properly aligned free handstand.
- Hold the handstand and straddle your legs apart as wide as you can while not allowing them to drift forward or backward.
- Once your best straddle is achieved, pull your legs back together.
- Move slowly and smoothly as you repeat for reps.
