The Cat is a simple upper thoracic stretch and shoulder stretch. It's great after a long stretch at a desk or just to warm-up before handstands.

- Begin kneeling with your hips above your knees.
- Slide your hands out in front of you straightening your elbows and shrugging your shoulders to your ears as your chest drops close to the floor.
- Keep your hips over your knees and continue to stretch your chest and arms toward the floor as you hold for time.
