Frog Walk
The frog walk, or just frog, is a basic movement that helps mobilize hips, wrists and shoulders for adult athletes who have mobility deficits.

- Begin in a low squat, lean forward to place your fists on the floor in front of you, and straighten your elbows.
- Press through your arms, and hop both of your feet forward together, landing in front of your hands.
- Keep your elbows straight and hips as low as possible as you hop forward for time or distance.
