Ape Walk
The Ape Walk is an exercise that utilizes animal-type movement for the purpose of mobilizing an adult through atypical ranges of motion. This exercise will loosen tight hips, calves, shoulders and wrists without too much strain on the beginner adult athlete.

Ape
- Begin in a low squat, lean forward to place your fists on the floor in front of you (fingers facing each other), and straighten your elbows.
- Now begin to walk forward.
- Keep your elbows straight, hips as low as possible, and lift your knees up during each forward step.
- Walk forward for time or distance.
