Cat Stretch
The Cat Stretch is a gentle, but effective way to acquire overhead shoulder mobility. This stretch should open shoulders that collapse forward. For desk-bound workers, this will initially be challenging. This stretch needs to stay out of the lower back and bend the upper thoracic and shoulders instead. If you are having trouble with your handstand line, cat stretches are one of the most effective ways to correct it.
