Circle Front Lever Pull
The Circle Front Lever Pull is a compound movement that must be built upon front lever and pull-up strength. It also requires full control over lat, abdominal and oblique muscles.

Circle Front Lever Pull
- Begin from the top of a pull-up, with your chin over the bar.
- Extend your arms straight, allowing your body to press back to a front lever.
- At the same time, perform a circling motion, controlling your body through a sweeping, circular front lever pull.
- After the circle, pull your chin back over the bar and repeat for reps in the same direction.
- Perform the same number of circle front lever pulls in each direction before lowering down.
- Avoid the use of any momentum and keep your body straight, with posterior pelvic tilt throughout.
