Diamond Frog
The Diamond Frog stretch is another middle split progression that loosens the groin and inner thigh. This stretch will initially challenge the athlete to get both feet and hips on the floor, and a partner may help by placing weight on the feet. Enter carefully and only add weight when ready.

Diamond Frog
- Begin lying on your stomach and rest your chin or forehead on your hands.
- Bend your knees, slide them out, and lift your feet up off the floor as much as necessary to bring the soles of your feet together.
- Keep your hips and thighs in contact with the floor and press your feet toward the floor until you feel a comfortable stretch in your hips.
- Remember to actively pull the feet to the floor while keeping your hips down as you hold for time.
