Elevated Supinated Wrist Flexor Stretch
- Begin kneeling on the floor a few inches from a wall and place your palms down flat, fingers facing your knees.
- Elevate your fingers approximately one inch by placing a single layer of panel mat or similar padding at the base of your first knuckle.
- Kick up into a properly aligned back-to-wall handstand.
- Keep your palms in contact with the floor and fingers elevated as you hold this handstand wrist stretch for time.
