Strap Ring Plank Circle
- Set a pair of gymnastic rings just off the floor.
- Be sure you have a set of leverage assisted ring strength straps (LARS straps) attached.
- Slip your arms through the straps, fix them around the thickest part of your forearm, and grab ahold of the rings.
- Assume a proper straight arm plank position with your shoulders over your hands.
- Turn the rings outward, past parallel, and keep them this way throughout the exercise.
- First, perform a set of outward circles with the rings, then switch directions and perform the same number of inward circles.
