Super Pseudo Planche Push-Up
The Super Pseudo Planche Push-Up is an advanced push-up that moves the weight of the body forward, requiring additional lat and chest strength. It distinguishes itself from a regular pseudo planche push-up by practicing the foot lift. This added upper body stability advances you in the hollow back press progression list.

- Lower down until your chest is just off of the floor.
- Lean forward slightly, maintaining strong protraction and depression, until your feet come off the ground and you enter a bent arm straddle planche.
