Swinging Ring Support
The Swinging Ring Support adds motion to basic ring support holds, calling for more muscle control through the swinging motion. It is a basic ring drill that will make way for more advanced bodyweight exercises on rings.

Swinging Ring Support
- Set a pair of gymnastic rings to approximately shoulder height.
- Grab them, take a few steps backward, and take a few swift forward steps as you hop up into top support.
- Hold your body straight and still as the rings swing you back and forth.
- Keep the rings fixed just outside of your hips as you swing for the set.
