Ive been practicing floor Maltese for a couple of months and I am noticing that my elbows are beginning to hyper-extend, I have seen many gymnasts and calisthenics athletes who do maltese with crazy hyperextended elbows so it must be normal right?, I am not sure if its a good or bad thing though.
