Since I can't do this all the way with both hands clasped as shown in the video I'm wondering if it's worth the effort to master it. I've heard some people say it does wonders for stretching the lower back and relieving tension there so I'm wondering if I s/ have this one in my arsenal. What say the Gymnastic Strength Training™ school of thought on this one? Is it good to have this mobility?
