Hi all,
As a little side project i want to try to learn the kip up (Not sure if there is a gymnastic name for that movement)
I was thinking that the back roll progressions in Movement 1 will be a big help, and probably Thoracic Bridge work as well.
Does anyone have any experience in learning the Kipup and could suggest any extra drills/exercises i can use from any of the courses to aid me?
