This is the first time I've posted here, so sorry if I didn't include enough information.
A few weeks ago I noticed a pain in my right leg after fencing practice. It only hurts when I do a straddle stretch, leaning towards my right leg or the middle. Middle split is painless though right split hurts a bit. It hurts just below my right glute. Any knowledge of what I've hurt and how to fix it would be enormously appreciated! Thanks
