II. GymnasticBodies does not allow the use of pseudonyms as usernames on the forum. We strongly feel that this vastly increases the quality of community by promoting respect and lessening the potential for trolling.

III. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of GymnasticBodies. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

IV. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

V. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

VI. You agree that the board can send you e-mails. You have the option to turn these e-mails off under your user settings.

Copyright ownership of that content resides with GymnasticBodies and GymnasticBodies is free to use any of the content as they wish. Anyone other than GymnasticBodies seeking to reprint, republish, or reproduce content posted on the GymnasticBodies boards must receive the express written permission from GymnasticBodies. By posting on the GymnasticBodies forums you are agreeing to the above and relinquishing all copyright to the contents of the post(s) to GymnasticBodies. In the case of photos or media created by the user but not relating directly to GymnasticBodies intellectual property, the user retains copyright rights to that media.
