frolosophy Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 I based my initial workout program when I first started calisthenics a few years ago on the Navy SEAL PT program. It was tough at first, but it's all endurance. I was pretty proud of myself for getting through a full Navy SEAL workout, but starting GST was a swift kick to the ego.
