Deins Drengers
Hey ! I have cramps in my quads while trying to do L-sit and L-hang. My quads get a cramp that i have to let go of the movement. Is this a serious issue ?Are there any stretches or exercises that i could do to not get cramps ?
Karri Kytömaa
It will go away eventually. If you cramp, stop, stretch lightly and try again. You can train the same ROM in different ways but it won't change the fundamental thing that you just need to get stronger.

Connor Davies
You'll probably notice the same thing happen during a pistol if you hold your leg straight out in front of you
Alessandro Mainente
quads cramps means that you are using an impressive amount of strength to maintain the biceps femoris actively elongated.so first of all consider the idea to increase the passive flexibility of your hamstring then you will see that the strength you need to elongate them is less then before.
irongymnast
Would SLS or squats help with cramping of the quads?

Joshua Naterman
Your muscles are not used to working at such a short length. You'll have to give your nervous system time to get used to it. Like others have said, there's nothing to do except work at the edge of cramping and wait for it to fade away. Don't worry, it will eventually!
