Mitchell Rabushka
Please let me know if my backbridge is acceptable. Thank you.
Mats Trane
Your goal should be to have your hands behind your shoulders (more shoulder flexibility).Try elevated bridge. Put your feet on a box and set your hands behind your shoulders.
Cole Dano
Also when working on this think that you are working from the upper back, stretching the pecs and shoulders. When you push with your legs imagine you are trying to push straight between your shoulder blades, while actively lifting the chest up off the hands. Doing it from the feet elevated position will make this much more accessible. Otherwise all the work will go into your lower back, which is not the goal here.

Amon Ra
I have found that it helps to try to avoid over stretching the lower back (tense the abs a bit) in order to target shoulder flexibility more.
