I have Building the Gymnastic Body book. but still have some questions unanswered. Considering that I have access to minimal equipment (dip station and pull up bar), I need a routine to start with. I am pretty much a beginner, and this are my current stats: Push ups in a row: 28Wide pull ups(about 130% of shoulder width): 7Narrow chin ups: 9Dips: 4Squats: 45-50Situps: cca. 40 I am 202 cm tall, and just 84 kg.. Also, I am not sure am I missing something or there is no cardio activities mentioned here at all? I mean no running or something like that, or my cardio will also get improved just with F1 workouts?
