Questions about starting with workout

Hello to everybody!
I am 16 years old, and I am really eager to start wtih this type of workout. I have Building the Gymnastic Body book. but still have some questions unanswered.

 

Considering that I have access to minimal equipment (dip station and pull up bar), I need a routine to start with. I am pretty much a beginner, and this are my current stats:
 

Push ups in a row: 28

Wide pull ups(about 130% of shoulder width): 7

Narrow chin ups: 9

Dips: 4

Squats: 45-50

Situps: cca. 40

 

I am 202 cm tall, and just 84 kg..

 

If someone can give me a routine template that I can start with, I would be grateful.

Foundation 1 is the routine template you request.  Have a look through the forum and store for the details

Thanks for the answer, I am going to get F1 as soon as possible.

 

Also, I am not sure am I missing something or there is no cardio activities mentioned here at all? I mean no running or something like that, or my cardio will also get improved just with F1 workouts?

The reason cardio isn't mentioned is this is specifically a GST forum.

 

However, cardio is good, just get out and take a run for example.
