valerkica
What about that ? Look interesting and harder than normal dip...Is it any worth of doing it with normal one,for example for variety purpose?
braindx
It's definitely harder. It's much like a rings turned out dip except a bit easier because it's on a bar instead of the rings which are unstable in all directions. If you're looking to increase your strength I would definitely add some work with harder dip variations in.
