Coach Sommer
This discussion is emblematic of why most guys just lift weights This discussion is emblematic of what happens when people engage in 'paralysis by analysis'; regardless of the fitness discipline they are attempting to follow. Too much thought, too little sweat. All of these issues have already been addressed in the GB courses. All you need to do is add the focus and sacrifice. FREDERIC DUPONT
Is it really a sacrifice to do the work when it gets you what you want? Good point... at the very least, it is delayed gratification.Like planting a tree for the shade or the fruits...
Coach Sommer
The ability to focus on what needs to be done, and to delay our seemingly inherent need for distraction and ease, is the mark of a mature individual. It is also the mark of someone who is going to experience success in all areas of their lives. Only children constantly seek instant gratification. And yes, 'children' come in all ages, shapes, sizes. Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
