Are there any bodyweight movements that can be used as an alternative to standard dumbbell delt raises?

Not really. There are plenty of body weight movements that work the shoulders very hard, but none to my knowledge that isolate them the way that delt raises do.

Well, planche press HS will be similar to front delt raises and you can do reverse flyes on rings for the rear delts.

You say that now; wait until you have to do 10x10 for mastery.

I'd hit that. they must be fun and incredibly useful to get stronger :) hollow back press must feel great after being able to do cast wall walks so much with the level of the athlete doing them on the youtube channel and then do whatever diabolical iM they insert there. my God.

Well, some of the H1 IM's come very close to CWW... but yeah, they're basically foot-assisted planche presses, they must feel like pushups at that level :)

Some gymnastics have total gyms or total gym knockoffs/ring sleds. I'm sure you could do similar things with one of those or a set of bands.

The iM is 60s seconds of wall runs after each cww set  :D

So 5x10 Cast wall walks with 60s wall runs in between.  The gauntlet has been thrown down.  There should be a prize for anyone who makes a video of themselves doing this.

I think I could do that, but I'm not going to be the fall guy trying it until after Desi's entry >.<

Heavy dislocates for medial deltoids. Mine are bigger than the other two ^_^

I mean, crosses are no doubt better, but these are more accessible.

Planche leans for anterior delts. Horizontal rows for rear delts. Handstands....the lot.

inverted cross BUT you will happy to know that with in IC the strength generated is absorbed (the most part) by the delt tendon from his origin to insertion on 3 cm, the force you need to resist is about 8.4 BW for each arms (made on me, 80 kg). but i think is not doable.

another variation could be rings flyes but non the version to work the chest, the exact opposite, you can begin from standing row position, better 60°, and from here pull back while maintaining the same joints degree. it' s not isolation, and it is not specific at 100% for lateral delt, but if you think to retract everytime you will move the effort only on delts excluding the retractors.

There is a non-gymnastics version on youtube. Athlean-X - Home Shoulder Exercise (SIDE DELTS - No Equipment!)
