Alessandro Mainente Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 I remember that i the previous Finland seminar i've asked to Coach how to improve the split flexibility and the pancake flexibility for future press to HS movement, Then we had a good and killing-EGO stretching lesson.
