Training straddle planche

So what i want to know is when you reached a point in your planche training where you had to start doing straddle planches, how long could you hold it? i can hold a legit straddle planche only 2 secods, so should i continue training by doing straddle planches?  :huh:

It depends on the quality of your straddle planche, do you have good protraction and hollow? if not, you are loosing your time. back off and fix your weak points if you have some of them or post a video so that you can be judged.

Build up to several sets of 10s adv tuck holds with minimal rest before moving over to straddle.

Really? i always tought that i should be training with high restime, so i could get maximal strength gains :(
