Form is far from stellar: bent knees, arms are not reaching forward. I'd suggest stepping back to the previous cycle and try with 2x35kg.  :P

easy way to get yourself injured.

Going to take more than a couple of measly 50kg weight plates to injure these two. They're two of the strongest 105kg Oly Lifters in the world. Posterior chains of steel.

 

Of course ordinary people probably shouldn't attempt this...

I don't think Oly lifting gyms mind people dropping plates...
