Gage Clawson
Hi folks a few months ago at my martial arts training something strange happened. My instructor was demonstrating a drill and hit me directly on my right bicep. There was no unusual pain, only the sting of being hit however someone pointed out my bicep looked strange, I turned and looked and it was as if the muscle had moved up my arm or something. After flexing the arm it returned to normal and there was only a mild soreness similar to just after a workout. My arm went back to normal a day or 2 after.Does anybody have any idea what might have happened? The reason I ask now is because I have a similar soreness in the same bicep at the moment and I am unsure if this is a result of grappling and foundation work or some peculiar injury. Thanks in advance.

Gage Clawson
Ah so it's not a big deal then I take it? I was just paranoid incase I had permanently damaged or displaced my bicep muscle.

Biren Patel
as a friend of mine told me after i asked him how do broken bones feel, he just says "oh, you'll know."Pssh, one time I broke my humerus clean and i thought i just strained a muscle...until my coach pat me on the arm to congratulate me. It felt like somebody took a sledgehammer to my arm. And one time I fell off my kiddy scooter and broke my wrist...just slept through it cause dad thought I was being a sissy. "Just put some tiger balm on it!" Ok dad, ok. Made a man out of me, though. Cause now whenever I hurt myself I'm like, "just put some tiger balm on it, you pansy." Do I need a bandaid? No, I'm not a Disney princess. I am a man. Thought, I suspect i am a man-tiger by now from all the tiger balm that I've absorbed. the smell attracts the ladies too.Story time over.
