I looked at entring my schedule into jefit, but it does not allow interlacing of exercises and it seems to complecate things more than to simplify them. I saw that some people use metronom apps. Briac Roquet Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 Metronome is good. You don't have to worry about resetting it, or losing some time on the set while you get into position. You count along with the metronome so you can focus on something other than the burn.
