Coach Sommer
im asking this because i know alot of peaople who can perform a inverted cross but still cant hold an iron crossIt would be most unusual for you to know a lot of people who can perform an inverted cross and yet cannot hold a much simpler skill like an iron cross. In all likelihood the inverted crosses you mentioned are being performed incorrectly. Please post video.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer

Blairbob
Well when I-cross was originally done and even up to about 15 years ago, there was a lot more arching and they weren't as low as they are these days.In recent days we've seen a straighter body position during the I-cross but many gymnasts still arch their body doing so.It really torqued off my friend when they devalued I-cross some years back.
