AmirHosein98 Posted December 28, 2013 Share Posted December 28, 2013 Hi,I could do press handstand from straddle L position,but coming back from the handstand to straddle l is hard for me.i have a solid L sit and good abdominal muscles.I think it is because of the lack of core strength,am i right?Do v-sit and training manna help me? Mikael Kristiansen Posted December 28, 2013 Share Posted December 28, 2013 I dont know, but it sounds like you are either bending your arms to get up from straddle L or planching it a lot when pressing out. If you have a proper press which uses compression and little lean it is by default much easier going down than going up. Either way its hard to say without video.
