Blairbob Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 Sure. You'll find the best carryover of front splits in pommel horse single leg and Thomas Flair work. One simple drill is to hang from a bar or rings and open up your splits and hold the position, switching legs after.
