Benjamin Witkowski
I decided to take a video take a video to see how my technique is doing. I am at the point where I can sometimes catch myself in a handstand when I jump through a pike position. However, I don't like how early I try to straighten my body and when I do catch my balance, I am not in an ideal position. When I am just in a handstand and I push off the wall, I can squeeze most of the arch out of my back and my shoulders look a little better. I am a work in progress. Cody Ward
You need to be more hollow.
Bill Köhntopp
im not good at handstand, but when i try it, my back is arching like yours and thats wrong. looks like you should tense your glutes and abs really more! and open the shoulders more, both ways you have to work i think.Try to pull your hip in front of your body with your abs...search for hollow body in the forum for help. but hey, you are staying upside down, good work and remember: spine follows head/neck position, so a straight neck makes a straighter line!
