Paul Richards
Here's a picture of a set of stall bars I made and set up at my CrossFit box. Being 6'2" tall I needed them a little taller than the commercially available ones Side rails are 1.75" VersaLam (basically very thick plywood for load-bearing beams), rungs are 1.25" birch dowel. I've also attached a drawing giving an idea of the layout.StallBars_2.pdf
Fryk
It think the "like feature "is too shallow: That is awesome stuff pdf-file and all. One thought though do you think that the mounting is strong enough? Coach has suggested that attaching a board at the top and bottom, and bolting that into the wall would be the strongest solution.
