Matthew Proulx
I was kidding. My tastebuds are still scarred from my first wheatgrass experience as a kid. People complain about protein isolate's taste, but it's a five star meal by comparison.Ya I ate tons of weird stuff as a kid, wheatgrass was one of them, my mom was a health nut, I even ate a lot of tofu, and drank wormwood tea, the list goes on.I actually started transitioning to paleo 4 months ago and am probably at 90% now, I still eat some brown rice. WitnessTheFitness
Hey now, tofu when cooked right is incredible. Love it in Indian food especially. It absorbs flavor very well, so when marinaded and slowly simmered in rich, spicy sauces it pretty much just melts in your mouth.
