I need to plan out some daily scheduling before they will arrive can anyone tell me how many days a week the training is for each? Thanks this would be greatly appreciated. Joshua Slocum Posted May 27, 2014 Share Posted May 27, 2014 It's flexible. Foundation can be done 3-5 days a week, and Handstand 1-3 days a week, and those days can overlap if you want. Training 4 days a week is pretty typical. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
