Hi All

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this joint supplement??

Apparently it's supposed to be the top draw for joint supplementation but it's pricey and i'd rather hear what someone else who knows about it or has knowledge of this product has to say before buying it. I don't know the chemistry details but the add says "it can rebuild joints" Is that possible??

The advert for the product is below:

I look forward to reading what the GB community has to say!

cheers all

Like most miracle supplements the effects are overblown. Chondroitin and glucosamine do have antiinflamitory effects on joints and may halo healing.

However you can get the same if not better effects from bone broth soup. Try some pho with tendon in it. I used bone broth after my surgery and think it helped some. I have also had a client who I told to drop a similar product for bone broth soup with chicken feet added. He claimed that the soup was much more beneficial and helped reduce pain.

I don't think there are any magic cures for joints and connective tissue.
Daniels advice sounds solid to me. Other than that, making sure you are eating varied (to get your vitamins - some of which are involved in c.t. buidling processes), getting enough protein (to rebuild), getting omega-3s (to help you stay balanced inflammatory-wise) and enough sleep (to trigger hormonal release to send you into rebuilding mode) are pretty much all you can do. If you have the money, go for it. But you could probably do other nice things with the cash too.

I would suggest start making your own bone broth (soup stock) at home. Its super cheap. Also if you add chicken feet to it, it will have more gelatin. All good stuff :)

Also try going off the Grains and Gluten for a month.  If you are sensitive to gluten, the inflammatory response can cause joint pain/aching.

Unless you have an injuries to the joints, joint pain is more often a dietary and lifestyle problem.

and make sure the bones comes from an organic farm, where chickens roam free and are not grain fed. My momma always said the best bones are from farms and dont buy from groceries. Also, the older the better :)

joints damage it's usually followed by scar tissue generation. scar tissue does not have the same property of early tissue. so basically the best supplement is train carefully.

the only things that could works for joints are stems cells and ialuronic acid directly into the joints ( i'm doing it one time every 12 months) on my right knee.

my opinion about joints supplements is that they can maintain but not restore, we are far from supplements miracles as Daniel said.

I have heard mixed results on stem cell and prp. Will be interesting to see how these therapies help in the future.

For that matter on new therapy in Italy ,due to Pope, we are far more retrograde then homo of neanderthalensis. Animalist, vegan and much more are simply against the research fields.

And the govern instead of promote research follows the path against experimentation..consequently  our minds think that is better move out of Italy.

Whenever I used a chainsaw in the past, I'd get a droning pain in my right elbow. I was sure it was arthritis, but the weighted im's in H1 has made it go away. All I needed was the right kind of strengthening.
