Alex Chaney
Ok, time for a fun topic. You are Batman's personal trainer; what would you have him do to keep him in shape for his job?

Briac Roquet
Well, depending on which writer you ask, Batman can lift quite a bit. So you definitely can put him on at least a 1000lbs bench/squat/deadlift regimen so just for 'maintenance.' If you read some of the comments of the thread I posted, you can see he can apparently lift much more. Many more feats here. Also, Batman is often said to be a master gymnast. When they say that, they mostly refer to his agility, but in various iterations of the Bat, you can see rings and other gymnastics apparatus in the batcave. Here is an L cross with feet not together (this story arc not supposed to be canon), Robin (Grayson) doing a maltese. I've also seen Batman performing an L-sit on rings, a PB routine with a one-arm press to HS in it. And of course, there's this. If randomly transforming into a female gymnast isn't enough of an indicator, I don't know what to do. Batman is generally 188cm/6"2' tall and weighs 95kg/210lbs. And no, I've never seen him do full planche. Point is, for strength training, Batman is borderline metahuman. He's often said to be at the peak of human conditioning, but some his feats are just well above this. It comes both from the writers' probable ignorance (being able to bench 1000 lbs is cool because it's a thousand, and the bench is a well-known exercise, but it's just more likely to happen for deadlifting), the fact that Batman is constantly exposed to adrenaline rushes and his 'indomitable will' as his 'superpower'. Let's not get into the fact that he knows around 127 martial arts forms and is a master in all of them and that he beats up criminal each night. You can't really devise a training regimen for that guy. You just watch him do what he wants.

Blairbob
The answer is simple. CrossFit. He would probably hang out with Greg Glassman and Shave Castro and go watch the CFGames and NPGL. Ok, just kidding. There is this post, which is pretty much dumb but whatev.http://www.comicvine.com/batman/4005-1699/forums/how-much-can-batman-lift-1462650/?page=1 That would make a lot more sense. I wouldn't be surprised at some High Intensity conditioning sets and circuit training with either BB, KB, or BW.If his training was like anything, it would be a sensible form of CF without stupid WOD's. You'd some endurance and track work, Weightlifting and the 3 Strong lifts besides KB work and StrongMan stuff like yolk walks and carries and stones. It would somewhat resemble Alex Viada's (Juggernaut Strength Systems) but with more way more gymnastics.
