oleg
Hello everyone. i start train about a year ago with absolutely no experience with little strength ( was able do about 4 - 5 full pull-ups) my probleme is that i have problem with front lever i just can't do it!! my core is pretty strong i train dragon flag, and i can do sholder flag and hold about 10 sec. but the shoulder/back muscles that help you to go to front lever position and hold are too weak. i not found any exercises in calisthenics that train that muscles. i train the tuck front lever hold with straight arms!.please help me with best calisthenics exercises that improve and build the "front lever muscles"..
