Nidhish S Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 Hi All, I have Building the Gymnastics Body and am considering buying the movement course when it comes out. I've been getting strong but definitely want to start incorporating more acceleration type practices. So far I'm putting tumbling, swinging, sprinting, flairs into that category but does anyone know of any other beneficial quickness skills I should throw into the fray?
