Joshua Slocum Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 You need to improve your shoulder flexion. Part of this might be pec/lat flexibility, but it's most likely an issue with the trapezius not having enough range of motion.Some targeted mobility work is often the best way to fix this. Biren Patel Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 When you are in the handstand, does it feel to you like your legs are straight? This is in my opinion the biggest issues with your handstand, and you should put a good amount of time into learning to keep your legs completely straight.
