I have a problem with any of these... My ankles won't let me go down the way you do. I can go down with my knee (in any variation) next to my heel, but I can't do any of them two or so inches behind. I fall off balance. I'm a very bottom heavy person, so having a light upper body is probably a problem here.

Is it the same in both ways though?

Why is it that hard to balance on one leg with eyes shut after jumping on the same leg? :shock:
