Jesus Rojas
You need to upload a better picture. We can barely see your back, it would be helpful if you could upload a new picture with your entire body on camera.

Emirking Stillalive
To me it looks like you are not only protracting but elevating your shoulders in the same time. I'm not sure because of the angle, but i think you should depress your scapula much more. Can you post a picture where we can see your head, you can blur it if you have to, it is hard to comment anything with pictures like these. Alexander Egebak
- Rest on upper side of feet instead of toes- Straighten legs- Protract more- Depress more- Hans forward and point out instead of backwards and pointing out.- Do on slippery floor instead Basically, you need a lot of practice. Perhaps start out with an easier variation
Andrew Long
If you could take a picture with the camera at thigh thigh to hip height that shows his whole body from a side on angle that would be better. It is hard to see from those angles. I do agree about a slippery floor with socks or with a furniture slider though. Otherwise it is to easy to use the friction of your feet on carpet to make the position easier
Rajesh Bhat
What easier variations exist? Plank with more scapula? he can't protract and depress more (like his scapula don't hurt, but he feels like he can't do it because his scapula can only go so far ) thakns
Rajesh Bhat
Guys I think the angle is bad which makes it look elevated. I will upload a better pic later today. thanks for the advice! He needs a lot of practice

Emirking Stillalive
It doesn't look right, his scaps are not protracted nearly enough. I think you should first learn how to protract and depress properly, before moving on to planche lean, you are going to learn everything wrong. Jesus Rojas
updated pic:His legs are bent and stuff, and he can't figure out how to depress and protract more You need to:1- Fully protract your scaps2- Fully straight your legs3- Engage that PPT Here is an example, mine is not the best, but could help you

Alexander Egebak
updated pic:His legs are bent and stuff, and he can't figure out how to depress and protract more All I have written above still applies. Try running him through bent arm plank and plank first
Ivan Pavlovic
updated pic:His legs are bent and stuff, and he can't figure out how to depress and protract more Pratice plank variations with max. protraction to gain that strenght to stay protracted in pl. leans. Alexander Egebak
Please take a look at planksHips are still piked, legs are still not straight, layer is still not slippery... With these variations you want toe support. The bent arm plank should have arms pointing straight ahead. With that said protraction is coming along better but there is still much work. And a plea; you KNOW what to look for because there has literally been no improvements besides protraction. Be more thorough next time before posting your third form check please.
Rajesh Bhat
Sorry, he just feels like it's impossible to depress anymore than that. Any suggestions?
